Albion 850 Series are kingpinless dual wheel casters designed to meet the varied needs of the aviation ground support equipment industry. These robust casters are equally at home in many other extremely abusive and rugged applications.

850 Series top plates are made of 3/4″-thick AISI 1045 steel, a one-piece forging machined and through-hardened for long life. Legs are 3/4″-thick through-hardened steel, welded to yoke base (directly to top plate on rigid) using 100,000 psi weld filler.

All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R

W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

All plate measurements are the overall plate dimensions. If replacing casters, please select the closest match to see if the bolt holes match to your current plate.
