Pneumatic casters are recommended for the greatest possible protection to both load and floor, or for off-road applications. If you transport fragile materials or parts, or if you move delicate instruments over rough floors, you should consider pneumatic offerings. Full pneumatics cushion the load on air, akin to an automotive tire. Albion 90 Series pneumatic casters utilize rigs made of AISI 1045 drop forged steel, for strength and reliability. The 90 Series is highly recommended for rugged, heavy duty applications.

All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.

The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R

W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

All plate measurements are the overall plate dimensions. If replacing casters, please select the closest match to see if the bolt holes match to your current plate.
